NOTARIZATION
Upon request, the language document certificates issued by ABC WordExpress may be notarized. If the notarization is requested upon placement of your order, the charge will be included in our original flat estimate. The notarization is provided by a Public Notary, holding a valid license with the State of California, and having its place of business in the County of Los Angeles.

A notarization is usually not necessary for documents submitted to government agencies, educational institutions or evaluation services in the US. Therefore, in order to save the additional cost, our Client Care Consultants advise you not to include a notarization for documents used in the US. However, foreign government agencies or educational institutions often prefer the more formalized notarized certifications. For official documents targeted to countries other than the US, we suggest a certification with notarization.
