OUR QUALITY LEVELS

At ABC WordExpress, we are aware that quality is not an end in itself, but one vital factor in the quality/cost equation. Keeping the best interests of our clients in mind, it is part of our communication process to find out about our clients priorities. Our goal is to provide the best value, with consideration of the clients budget. Therefore, WordExpress has introduced three quality levels for translations and editing projects to conform to our clients expectations. We have found that our clients appreciate our flexibility in pricing, knowing that we maintain professional quality at all three quality levels.

For Translation and Editing projects, WordExpress offers these three quality levels:

AAA - Certified Professional Translation or Editing with a sworn statement (affidavit) guaranteeing accuracy and correctness. This statement will be notarized upon request.

This quality level is indicated for projects such as legal documents and any material intended for publication

(e.g. ads, posters and brochures).

AA  -  Extra Professional Translation or Editing, which includes extensive editing and proofreading by two or more language experts.

This is our most common quality level. It is applied if special circumstances do not call for quality level AAA or A.

A - Standard Professional Translation or Editing, which includes editing and proofreading by one language expert.

This quality level is indicated for such projects as newspaper articles to be translated for a biography. While the translation still has to be correct and professional, it does not have to meet the same stringent quality standards as material that is going to be published.
