In the course of recent years, WordExpress has introduced several
discounts. Although we will inform you about the applicable discounts
when you place your order, we encourage you to inquire about the variety of
discounts we extend over time.
Discounts are offered for yearly contracts, large projects, seasonal
promotions and insertion of a WordExpress reference into your published material.
Each of these discounts comes with its specific conditions. The following
descriptions clarify our discounts.
Please note: Discounts do not apply to our minimum rates.
1.) Yearly Discount
This is our most attractive discount for loyal clients willing to make
a commitment for one year or more.
Qualification:
Granted to all business clients
who are willing to make a commitment (in writing)
to place a certain volume of language projects, or all of their projects, with WordExpress for a one-year period.
A simple Yearly Contract must be signed, after
which the
discount applies. The contract renews
either automatically or upon request.

Size: This discount ranges from 10% to 40%, increasing with the overall
volume of the projects per year.
Scope: More than 25,000 words or $ 5,000 (before discount) per year, in
any of our services. The expected yearly volume and the applicable discount will be
determined in
consultation with our Client Care Manager.

Reference Discount
2.) Large Project Discount
This is our most common discount for new and
current clients with
sizable
projects.
Qualification: Granted to all clients for large
written language projects commanding a high word count or covering several
languages or multiple services
(e.g. translation, layout, localization), or for oral language projects extending
over several days.
Size: This discount ranges from 5% to 25%, increasing with
the size of the project.
Scope: Any large projects of more than approx. $ 1,000 (before
discount), in any of our services.

3.) Seasonal Discount
This discount is an expression of our appreciation
for our current
clients. A discount voucher is included in our seasonal newsletter, QUICKNEWS,
which is sent out to our business clients only.
Qualification:
Granted to all business clients who receive QUICKNEWS, provide the voucher number, and place their order within the
time period specified on the voucher. Discount covers particular services,
as specified in the voucher, such as translations from and into
non-Roman character languages, layout projects, or interpretations.
Size: Usually 10%
Scope: One project covering specific services as named in the voucher.

4.) Marketing Reference
(Credit) Discount
This is a discount for clients who publish their material and give
in-print reference to WordExpress.
Qualification:
Granted to all business clients for whom we have worked
on a publication (e.g. poster, advertisement, brochure, catalog, user's manual)
and who are willing to give us credit by including a reference to
WordExpress in the publication.
The reference should be inserted using our logo line:
Translation (and/or Layout, Copywriting) produced by WordExpress,
Language Solutions Worldwide: www.wordexpress.net
Size: 3%
Scope: Specific attractive projects that are going to be published in a
sizable number.
Cannot be combined with:
