For WRITTEN LANGUAGE SERVICES, such as translations and desktop publishing projects, we will request to see your material first and then present an oral estimate (also called quotation), or a written estimate, or both. These are usually all-comprehensive flat estimates that include all services for a particular project. While they are based on our pertinent schedules of rates and terms, our experience has shown that flat estimates for these written services, due to their complexity, constitute the simplest and most straight-forward approach. Therefore, the following schedules for these services should only be consulted as guidelines. As numerous pricing factors are involved with written language services, the ultimate decision lies with our Client Care Consultants.
